Here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions:
Click RESERVE NOW and fill out the details of your upcoming event. A member of our team with get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the event date, packaging, and pricing. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. You can make payments in between as long as the balance is paid in full 2 weeks prior to event date.
Yes, our booths require 110-120 volts of power from a 3-prong outlet, basic electrical outlet. Please make sure we are within 20-25 ft within distance to the power source.
Once payment has been received and the service agreement has been signed by all parties, we immediately begin to prepare for your upcoming event. A questionnaire will be sent to coordinate with the theme of the event. We will send over all designs for approval and want to have enough time for any revisions.
GIFS-You, pose for 3-4 different quick photos while the booth creates an animated short video.
Boomerangs -The booth takes a burst of photos and then stitches them together in an HD video.
Video Guestbook-Guest can record up to 2 minutes of videos for your memory book.
For the 360 we need at least a 10×10 space. If you want the premium set up we require a 15×15 space.
The selfie booth and LCD booth are more versatile, we can work in an 8×8 space. If you want the premium set up we need a 10×10 space.
Our staff will wear masks at request. All of our equipment is sanitized after each event-props included. We also keep hand sanitizer available for guests to use before and after using the booth.
